Online Bill Pay

To better support our members and provide additional flexibility, CS&B has launched a new Online Bill Pay option through our secure UniPay payment system.

We recognize that the increased annual and special assessment obligations this year — and anticipated again next year — may create financial challenges for some households. In response, the Board has introduced additional payment options designed to make it easier and more convenient for members to manage these obligations, including the ability to pay electronically using credit/debit cards or bank transfer.

Through UniPay, members can securely pay annual dues, assessments, and applicable fees using multiple payment methods, including:

• Electronic Check (ACH) – No merchant processing fee
• PayPal
• Venmo
• Credit/Debit Cards through PayPal

Members may also continue to pay by traditional check if preferred.

Please note:

• UniPay charges a separate $1.00 platform/convenience fee at the end of each online transaction, regardless of payment method.
• Credit/debit card, PayPal, and Venmo transactions also include applicable merchant processing fees charged by the payment processor.
• CS&B does not profit from any processing or platform fees associated with online payments. The Association is only passing through the direct merchant processing costs charged by the payment providers.

Our goal is to provide a simple, flexible, and secure payment experience for all members while continuing to modernize and improve Association operations.
