Online Bill Pay

To better support our members and provide additional flexibility, CS&B has launched a new Online Bill Pay option through our secure UniPay payment system.

We understand that the increased annual and special assessment obligations this year — and anticipated again next year — may create financial strain for some households. In response, the Board wanted to create additional payment options that may help members manage these obligations more conveniently, including the ability to pay using a credit or debit card.

In other words, we are hoping this helps both our members and the Association “bridge the gap” (pun intended).

Through UniPay, members can now securely pay annual dues, assessments, and applicable fees using multiple payment methods, including:

• Electronic Check (ACH) – No processing fee
• PayPal
• Venmo
• Credit/Debit Cards through PayPal

Members may also continue to pay by traditional check if preferred.

Please note that any processing fees associated with online transactions are charged directly by UniPay or the payment processor, not by the Association. CS&B does not profit from these fees.

Our goal is to provide a simple, flexible, and secure payment experience for all members while continuing to modernize and improve Association operations.
