The Chocorua Ski & Beach Club Association was incorporated on July 25, 1970. The deeded covenants and restrictions of our private community are supported through our Bylaws which are managed by an elected Board of Directors who also oversee day-to-day Association business. While our beach is the centerpiece of community life, other recreation amenities are supported by our members through volunteer efforts. A growing number of these owners have become permanent residents in recent years. The Board of Directors welcomes inquiries and other questions through our Association phone or email.
